Kelly is very knowledgeable in many different forms of training. She has lots of experience and it shows. What I like is she has experience in rehabilitation and I currently am working with a physiotherapist to help fix imbalances with my body. Kelly is well versed in this area and is a great help. She knows how to push you within reasonable limits. The workouts are always challenging, and Kelly is a pleasure to work with.
Kelly is the most inspirational machine I've ever had the pleasure of training with. She pushes me to train harder, to eat healthier and to have a more positive outlook on life. You won't be disappointed.
I trained with Kelly several years ago at a local gym. Over the years I had tried working with different PT's to help me with my fitness goals and to help manage my back pain. When Kelly left my gym I didn't even try to find a new trainer...thought I could do it on my own. No one could replace Kelly.
Well that didn't go well...I put on over 25 pounds and my chronic back pain was an "excuse" not to exercise. I was in a bad place mentally and physically.
I re-connected with Kelly on social media and we started talking. Kelly asked me if I would like to be a volunteer practice client for a course she was taking to be a Life Coach. Of course I agreed!! What a life changing decision that was. I used this to my advantage. Accountability is key to me! I have learned so much from these sessions and I have not felt this good in years. Besides being a practice client for the Life Coach course I decided to start training with Kelly again.
I just love my sessions with Kelly. She is so inspirational and makes me feel great about myself. I am challenged every session so I am motivated to achieve more. As well I have changed my diet and lifestyle to reduce the inflammation in my body. My pain is almost non-existent and I have so much energy.
